Designed to relocate the idler pulley on the 4.8, 5.3, 5.7, 6.0, and 6.2 Chevrolet 99-09 LS Gen III/IV truck engine. This part is required when installing a LS1, LS2, or any other performance LS car intake manifold on the truck engine. Moves the idler pulley down out of the way to clear the lower mounted throttle body. No other parts or brackets are required to install the LS car or any other performance intake manifold on your truck engine. CNC machined from 1018 .250 thick plate steel. Welded and cooled in a jig for precision alignment. Uses all of your factory bolts, no additional hardware is required. Requires a different length serpentine belt. May not clear throttle-by-wire throttle bodies, which would require a different water pump.
(unpainted) Black texture powder coat is available, but requires 1 extra day to paint before parts can be shipped.
