Dirty Dingo street rod A/C bracket kit with compressor and billet fitting included.

This is a complete kit for installing the Sanden SD7B10 mini compressor in front of the passenger cylinder head.

Designed for LS Gen 3 and Gen 4 Vortec Truck, 2010-2015 Camaro, and VVT spacing in street rod applications. Brackets are CNC machined from 1 1/2" thick 6061-T6 aircraft billet aluminum on a precision vertical CNC milling center.

Places the AC compressor below the height of an LS1 car style intake manifold and no wider than the exhaust on the cylinder head. Tucks the compressor in close to the block for narrow engine bays.

Includes a new mini ultra strong flat spring tensioner.

Includes all necessary grade 8 zinc coated hardware for installation.

Includes new Sanden style 7176 SD7B10 mini A/C compressor with a six groove serpentine clutch. The compressor is full of PAG oil designed to be used with 134A freon. The output of this compressor is 100CC or 6.10CID.

Billet fitting is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum O-ring adapter fitting, a direct fit for Sanden SD7B10 7176 A/C compressors. The fittings will convert a SD7B10/7176 flange mount to an O-ring style fitting. The fittings have male # 8 3/4"-16 for the discharge and male # 10 7/8"-14 for the suction side.

*Does not include serpentine belt, see installation instructions below for the suggested belt size for your application.

Installation Instructions

Compressors come with a one year warranty from the manufacturer. If you need to return a compressor for a warranty, we have to return it to the manufacturer to get it tested and this may take several weeks. The manufacturer will determine if it was installed and oiled correctly. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

When a compressor fails, it often floods the A/C system with debris. If certain parts (the orifice tube/expansion valve and drier/accumulator) are not replaced and a full system flush is not performed when installing a replacement compressor, even the best new compressor may not perform properly. For this reason, it is important to clear the system of debris and replace all of the parts that were compromised when the first compressor failed. Because improper installation leads to compressor damage, the warranty terms on A/C compressors are very specific and the warranty is valid only if it was installed correctly. It's the responsibility of the customer to check the oil capacity on all compressors.  We highly recommend draining the oil and adding the correct PAG oil viscosity and appropriate volume for the application.  We will not warranty any compressor installed without proof of installation/drier and metering device.  Condenser required on some compressors. The Sanden 508 model 4711 requires 4.5 fl.oz. of SP-15. The Mini Sanden Model 7D7B10 7176 requires 3.4 fl.oz. of SP-10. Please follow all local, state and federal regulations when servicing mobile A/C systems.
