C4 Corvettes engine mounts changed in 1992 with the introduction the LT1 (Generation 2 SBC) engine. 1984-91 used a clamshell bolted directly to the block and bolted into a frame mount while 1992-96 used a hydraulic mount bolted to the frame and two additional motor mount brackets.
Rubber VS Poly? That is up to you. We prefer Poly motor mounts for any engine swap. The only downside to Poly is they don't absorb as much road vibrations as rubber.

Energy Suspension Red VS Black? Black has graphite and has been reported to last even longer than Red. Red has had many reports of squeeking more than Black.
1984-1991
The original motor mount bolted to directly to the block and then you lower the entire block into the frame perches with a horizontal through-bolt. This will be bolted on to your conversion mount for a swap.
