All threaded holes in the block and cylinder head should be cleaned and tapped with a thread chaser. All bolts being installed should be lubed with a light oil or anti-seize on the bolt threads before assembly. Torque all 10mm bolts to 28 ft. lbs. This will require a 1" longer belt.

Our model 4711 Sanden will run the belt straight down the middle of the 8 rib pulley while a model 4665 Sanden compressor will have the belt on the rear of the 7 rib compressor.
