All threaded holes in the block and cylinder head should cleaned and tapped with a thread chaser. All bolts being installed should be lubed with a light oil or anti-seize on the bolt threads before assembly.

Place the three counter sunk bolts through the front plate. Install the three "B" spacers, then the back plate, and finally the "A" spacers. Holding all the pieces toghether align the bolts and hand thread into the driver's cylinder head.

Install the alternator between the front and rear plate. Using the two socket head bolst with stainless washers under the head and the nut. Tighten all bolts to 28 ft lbs.

Install the idler pulley and tighten to 28 ft lbs.

When using 2010-15 Camaro water pump and tensioner add 4.0" to belt length.
