All threaded holes in the block and cylinder head should cleaned and tapped with a thread chaser. All bolts being installed should be lubed with a light oil or anti-seize on the bolt threads before assembly.
Install the stock LS Vortec truck power steering pump to the large billet bracket using two 40MM counter sunk bolts and two spacers marked "B", and one 30MM long counter sunk bolt and one spacer marked "C". Tighten bolts to 28 ft lbs.
Stack the front and rear brackets together using three 130MM bolts, one socket head with a stainless washer and two flat head bolts with the three "A" spacers to the head and the three "D" spacers between the brackets. Snug bolts but do not tighten.
Install the "F" spacer at the bottom between the bracket and the block using a 130MM socket head bolt and stainless washer.
Install both alternators using the four 90MM socket head bolts using stainless washers under the head of the bolts and nuts. Torque all bolts to 28 ft. lbs. Install both idler pulleys onto the front of the bracket as shown and torque to 28 ft. lbs.
