Dirty Dingo 2WD OBS combo kit includes our DD-2550C Adjustable LS conversion mounts, new factory replacement clam shell mounts and our DD-OBS-TRANS adjustable transmission cross member kit. Optional urethane engine mount inserts and older style transmission mounts. Powder coat upgrade is also discounted with this kit.

DD-2550C Conversion mounts-

Dingo OBS Truck Mounts are precision CNC laser cut from .250 thick 1050 High Carbon cold rolled steel. LS adjustable conversion mounts are for installing the 1997-2013 Gen III/IV LS series engine into older Chevrolet/GM trucks. They are slotted for adjustment with engine placement in the engine compartment. These mounts will allow you to move the engine from the original bell housing position up to 2 1/2 inches forward, and up to 1/2 inch rearward. When torqued in place they do not allow the engine to move, even under high horsepower applications. Precision CNC press brake folded with large radius die to reduce stress on the bends. These conversion mounts are designed to be used with the factory rubber clam shell style mounts on your original frame. These mounts allows the installation of TH350, TH400, TH700R4, 4L60E, 4L65E, 4L80, and any other combination of standard or automatic transmissions. Grade-8 zinc coated hardware including new cross bolt.

* (Raw steel not painted) Black texture powder coat is available.

* Will not fit DART aftermarket blocks.

* Sold in pairs, left and right. "D" is the Drivers side, "P" is the Passenger side. Arrows point forward.

* These mounts will clear LS Truck low mount A/C but will not allow the engine to slide back, they mount against the a/c compressor bracket pulling the engine 2 1/2" forward from the original bell housing position. Will not fit with Corvette or Camaro-GTO low mount A/C.

* These mounts will clear low mount alternators but the amount of adjustment may be limited.

* Clears LS truck oil pans, no special oil pan is required to clear factory steering or frame. For lowered trucks we recommend using a 98-02 Camaro oil pan.

DD-OBS-TRANS adjustable OBS transmission cross member-

Dirty Dingo adjustable transmission cross member bolts into 2WD 1988-1998 C1500 C2500 C3500 OBS GMT400 Truck's, Blazer's, and Suburban's. Certain OBS GMT400 models were continued to be manufactured up to 2000 such as the 2500's and SUV's. Will fit on the 3500's that were continued until 2002. This cross member, in most cases, will bolt to the frame using existing transmission mounting holes. When using with C3500 frames the center tab can be flipped over to accommodate the taller 1 ton frames.

This adjustable cross member will allow you to run a powerglide, TH350, TH400, 700R4, 4L60, 4L65, 4L70, 4L75, 4L80, 6L80, and 6L90 and adjust the cross member without drilling any new holes into your frame. This is designed for lifted or lowered trucks and will retain the factory transmission angle for proper driveshaft alignment. Made from 1 3/4" diameter DOM seamless tubing with 1/4" plates that will clear long tube headers and exhaust up to 4" in diameter. Welded and cooled in a custom fixture for precision fit. Cross member mounts above frame rails and will clear when laying the frame on the pavement. Includes grade-8 bolts, washers, and teflon locking nuts for installation.

'D' is for Driver and 'P' is for Passenger side. Arrow points to the nose of the vehicle. Frame side receives largest bolts, CNC bent outer tabs take the next step down, and the center adjustable transmission mount perch takes the smallest bolts. Biggest to smallest from the outside to the inside. This was designed to have the transmission mount perch face forward, but can be placed to the rear in some situations if need be.

* Plain raw steel, also available in black texture powder coat.

* Optional transmission mount shown in photos.

* Can be used with Anchor transmission mount 2268/2811, or Energy suspension 3.1108

* Newer 4L80 transmissions use a GM 23134733 mount.

* For 6L80E and 6L90E use Anchor transmission mount 2392 or Energy Suspension 3.1158.
